The optimal temperature for storage and transport of chocolate products is 10-18°C. At 21°C the quality, taste and appearance of chocolate products deteriorate. At 24°C chocolate stars melting, suggesting its deformation, especially for molded chocolate forms. At 28°C chocolate is already in melting point.

 

We offer specialized thermo transport in Bulgaria and the European Union with vehicles equipped with modern refrigirated units that maintain temperatures from 10°C to 18°C.
